St. Louis's number one independently owned and operated furniture store for over five decades is seeking an accomplished Sales Manager for either of our 75,000 sq ft showrooms located in Valley Park and Maryland Heights. Our Sales Managers are passionate, hands-on sales leaders who actively coach and lead 25+ sales professionals daily, insuring an exceptional customer purchasing experience. Your personal involvement in closing sales for both new and experienced sales professionals is key. Successful Sales Management/Leadership Experience is Required.

Other Responsibilities Include:

--Ongoing individual training and development resulting in improved team sales volume

--Cultivating and maintaining a positive environment

--Teach effective time management thereby increasing sales volume and income

--Manage sales associates and sales support teams as necessary for policy compliance

--Actively assist in sales team recruitment and interviewing

--Open/Close Store
